Tuition Assistance
We understand that raising a family is expensive! We also want every child to have a chance to thrive in a learning environment that is best suited to them. We hope that tuition costs will not prohibit your student joining our school.
If you are interested in your child joining our school but unsure about whether your family can afford the starting tuition costs, we encourage you to apply for Tuition Assistance when you register your child. Tax forms will be required to determine need. There is also an opportunity to explain any extenuating circumstances in writing, since sometimes tax forms don’t show the whole story. Priority is given to requests which are submitted by May 1st prior to the autumn start of the academic year. Scholarship requests are accepted throughout the year, but are limited to any money potentially remaining in our scholarship fund, as the fund is generally disbursed mid-May prior to the upcoming school year.
A Scholarship Committee will review all Tuition Assistance Applications to determine both who will receive assistance, as well as the amount of assistance. The Scholarship Committee will typically consist of the Principal, the Church Finance Manager, and the Board Treasurer or another designee from the Board.
